REFUND POLICY

Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders. If you've placed a pre-order, you will receive your product as promised. 

Exchanges

• Exchanges can only be made on Ready To Wear Items, NO PRODUCT MARKD AS PREMADE OR PRE-ORDER ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED. Custom Items are not exchangeable/refunded.
•  Exchanges + Refund can only be made if you received incorrect item. Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date. To Request an exchange, email us at HiddenMindsApparel@gmail.com for conformation and the correct return address.
• Items must be in original condition. Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.

Important Exchange Notes
• Do not ship items back without confirmation from us

• Shipping Fees for pre-order items are non-refundable as pre orders ship at the original purchase rate.
